The event was designed as a platform for dialogue and was attended by around 500 guests each time – and followed online by thousands of viewers thanks to the media partnership with designboom.com.

Globally recognised designers and opinion leaders from business and culture, including the philosopher Alain de Botton, the co-founder of Frog Design, Patricia Roller, and the Venezuelan scientist and expert on technology and socio-economic development, Carlota Pérez, reflected on the IKEA concept. Their critical contributions have strengthened the credibility of this approach in the long term. And democratically.
