Offer

I offer holistic communication solutions for foundations, non-profit organisations and bold brands.

My focus is on measures with high strategic, content-related and editorial standards. Objectivity, transparency and authenticity characterise this approach.

I work with the client to develop suitable formats. Whether events, films, digital magazines, social media campaigns or studies: messages are interactions and always arise from their context. They require a situational approach and selected channels.

Good communication expresses attitude, identity and mutual appreciation. It touches people, generates benefits and is remembered. As a tool for dialogue and education, it is also fun. In the digital age, I believe this is crucial.

In order to fulfil the mostly multidisciplinary requirements, I draw on numerous competence networks.

Your benefit? You only have one contact person. I carry out the assignments as the interface between content, form and all those involved in the realisation. Committed, economical and emphatic.

Raphaël Rossel

Born in Biel-Bienne, I grew up with two language identities. The coexistence of German and French and the cultural diversity of the city shaped me. And my desire to turn communication as the unifying factor into my profession.

In 1999, I completed my studies in communication and media sciences at the University of Freiburg and initially worked as an author in a film production company. I then studied industrial design at the IED in Milan until 2002.

I finally expanded my skills in the field of tension between form and content at the University of Art and Design in Basel (FHNW), where I received my diploma as a scenographer and interior designer FH in 2005.

In 2008, I founded de-lay Ltd. as a legal framework for my professional activities in order to bundle my understanding of communication as a triad between conception, implementation and management.

Various further education courses have accompanied my career since then, including the CAS in "Nonprofit Governance & Leadership" at the University of Basel (CEPS) in 2019.
